Terms of Service

Version 2026-08-26.v1Effective 8/26/2026

Service scope

These Terms of Service govern access to Peacemaker Growth OS and related services offered in the United States by Integrated Solutions doing business as Peacemaker Elder Care LLC ("Peacemaker," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, clicking to accept these Terms, or using the service, you agree to them. If you use the service for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

The current release helps users prepare, personalize, review, copy, and export outreach drafts. Automated sending is unavailable. Connecting an identity, mailbox, or provider account does not authorize transmission. We may add or remove features, but a feature is not available until the application identifies it as enabled.

The service is not medical care, emergency care, legal advice, financial advice, a consumer-reporting service, or a substitute for professional judgment. Do not use it to make healthcare, eligibility, employment, housing, credit, insurance, or other high-impact decisions.

Account eligibility and authority

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. Accounts may be used by businesses and individual consumers in the United States. You must provide accurate account information, protect credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account unless caused by our failure to use reasonable safeguards.

You may not share an account in a way that defeats access controls. Organization administrators are responsible for authorizing their users and configuring access consistent with law and their own policies.

Acceptable use and prohibited use

You may use the service only for lawful purposes and only with information you are authorized to process. You may not use it for spam, harassment, discrimination, impersonation, fraud, deceptive claims, unlawful surveillance, malware, credential theft, evasion of safeguards, or messaging that violates privacy, advertising, telemarketing, anti-spam, sanctions, export, or consumer-protection law.

You must independently verify recipients, claims, consent, suppression status, sender identity, and required disclosures before using any draft. You may not upload protected health information, payment-card data, government identifiers, account passwords, authentication secrets, children's data, or other restricted or sensitive data unless we expressly authorize that processing in writing and the required agreement and controls are active.

Customer data and privacy

You retain your rights in content and data you submit. You grant us and our service providers a limited right to host, copy, transmit, process, and display that content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service as described in the Privacy Policy and applicable settings.

You represent that you have provided required notices and have a lawful basis or permission to submit personal information, prospect data, and recipient details. You must honor opt-outs and must not remove or evade suppression controls. Our Privacy Policy explains our own collection and processing practices.

Artificial intelligence and human review

Some features use artificial intelligence to produce drafts. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, non-unique, or unsuitable. Output is a draft, not a factual determination or professional recommendation. You must review and approve the exact content and recipient before external use. You are responsible for ensuring that your final use is lawful, accurate, non-deceptive, and appropriate.

Do not assume that generated output is exclusive or free of third-party rights. We may block requests or output that presents safety, legal, or abuse risk.

Intellectual property and ownership

We and our licensors retain rights in the service, software, interfaces, documentation, branding, and other materials we provide. Except for the limited right to use the service under these Terms, no right is granted to our trademarks, source code, or proprietary materials.

As between you and us, you retain your input and own output to the extent permitted by applicable law, subject to third-party rights and the non-exclusive nature of AI-generated material. Feedback may be used without restriction or compensation, but we will not identify you publicly as its source without permission.

Fees, credits, billing, and payment

Monetary purchases and recurring billing are not active in the current restricted release. If paid service is activated, the checkout shown before purchase will control the price, currency, credit allocation, renewal date, taxes, and any credit-expiration rule.

When offered, a monthly plan will renew each month until canceled. Before obtaining billing information, checkout must clearly disclose the amount and frequency of charges, credits provided, renewal terms, cancellation method, and material limitations. A separate affirmative action is required to consent to recurring charges. You may cancel through the account controls made available with checkout or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the paid period unless checkout states a more favorable result or law requires otherwise.

Work is priced in credits. The service reserves the displayed credit amount before a run and settles it only after the run completes successfully. A reservation must be released when work is not completed. There is no monthly usage ceiling if sufficient valid credits remain, although safety, abuse, capacity, and legal controls still apply.

Fees are generally nonrefundable after completed work. If you are charged money or credits for work that was not completed, we will correct the ledger, restore affected credits, or refund the corresponding charge as appropriate. This does not limit any nonwaivable refund right. Promotional credits have no cash value. No paid plan may launch until its exact commercial catalog and tax treatment are approved and displayed at checkout.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service and request account closure. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, fraud, security risk, unlawful activity, nonpayment, threats to the service or others, or when required by law. When practicable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to cure unless immediate action is reasonably necessary.

Account closure does not eliminate obligations or liabilities that arose earlier. Sections concerning payment, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, disputes, and other provisions that by nature should survive will continue. Data is handled under the Privacy Policy and applicable retention or legal-hold requirements.

Disclaimers and warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation or that drafts will be accurate, lawful, unique, or achieve a particular result.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded for a consumer.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, goodwill, or data, arising from the service.

Our aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or 100 U.S. dollars. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable law forbids limitation.

Business users will defend and indemnify us against third-party claims arising from their unlawful content, recipient data, outreach, or material breach of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our breach or misconduct. This indemnity does not apply to individual consumers acting for personal or household purposes.

Governing law and disputes

Kentucky law governs these Terms without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that nonwaivable consumer protections of your home jurisdiction continue to apply. Before filing a claim, each party should provide written notice and allow 30 days for a good-faith attempt to resolve it, unless urgent injunctive relief or a legal deadline requires earlier action.

Claims may be brought in the state or federal courts located in Jefferson County, Kentucky, and the parties consent to those courts. We do not require mandatory arbitration and these Terms do not waive a legally available right to participate in a class action or jury trial.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms for legal, security, operational, or product reasons. We will publish the effective version and provide notice of material changes as required by law. Material changes will not apply retroactively unless legally permitted and clearly disclosed. We may require renewed acceptance before continued use.
